When you are asked to photograph a special day and the couple leave all the shots to me its gives me great pleasure to be a part of the most memorable day and the couple put all their trust in my skills. I have been photographing weddings over 20 years and I see a change in style and mood in photography. I always try to be a step ahead but quietly capturing the most important shots when no one realizes they are being taken.

A twist to the left a foot to the right and that fashion statement is captured and with little ease no pressure. This is what I feels come so natural to me as I have the confidence and experience of photographing many weddings I can create images from different situations and locations.

Nicola and Charlie were a pleasure to be with and I feel part of the family by the end of the day. This is why I have such a large feeling of social networking without the media it all happens in one day and it explodes into many friends and families from near and far.

My local cathedral St Eugene's was the event of marriage and my favorite park Brooke Park we decided to stop off for some images. I walked through this park as a young girl attending St Eugene's girls primary school so I new ever blade of grass there. Well not literally.!

Visiting relives who have passed on on your wedding day is so emotional. So  a small detour to the city cemetery, which passed our famous gas yard walls (as in the song ) to find artists murals painted on the walls.
When you have back drops like this , what more then to capture the town I love so well.

This is what we created on the day .

Give a response and feed back.

Thanks
